Order Status

Items typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Items ship via USPS and UPS.

Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. All sales are final.

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account” link to see the status of your order. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that has been given at the time of your account setup. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number (when the items have shipped).

 

Didn't receive your box?

If your tracking information status reads "delivered", please contact us and also reach out to your carrier. If it has not been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate the package. Due to COVID-19, please be patient with shipping services.

Ordering, Payments & Shipping

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship internationally.

You can update your payment information at any time by logging into My Account using the email you registered with. If you never activated your account, please reach out to contact@justdecohome.com so that we can resend your activation email. 

After your initial purchase, your credit card will be charged according to the schedule below.

Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account on www.justdecohome.com. Cancellations/requests must be received before renewal to avoid receiving the box and incurring cancellation fees. Cancellation requests after billing will take effect for the following billing date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  If you would like to request the cancellation of a pre-shipped order after billing has taken place, please contact us at contact@justdecohome.com. Please understand that if an exception is granted, there is a 15% cancellation/restocking fee to do so.
